Ecopaparazzi Member Christopher Stewart

Christopher Stewart began rallying artists from around the world when he discovered how tar sands development in Alberta violently abuses the environment, the animals, and the people of this Canadian province. His blog, the Lepufology Project, uses music, storytelling and visual and performing arts to stop what has been described as "the largest industrial project in human history and likely also the most destructive." Christopher's blog addresses issues of environmental and social justice and gives a clear guidepost to artists and art-inclined people on how to participate in shutting down the project.
